Celebration Singers
In April of 2011, the Tulsa Praise Orchestra took a bold new step in forming our new choir. Under the direction of John Lincks, this new group was formed and we now have over 300 singers who have performed in our various concerts throughout the year. Over 50 of these awesome singers made the Statue of Liberty trip with us in October 2011.
For our trip to New York City, we used the name of “Voices of our Nation Choir” as we added a few singers from other parts of the country - however, we are now morphing into our ‘real name’ -- the “Celebration Singers” as we continue into our Community Christmas Concert Series and into more exciting concerts in 2012 all over the state and beyond.
Our membership is open to singers of all ages who 1) love to sing and perform in live concerts, and 2) are professed Christians.
We hold periodic rehearsals and will be working to continually expand our repertoire into 2012.
There is no cost to be a member, simple register to sing in one or more of our concerts and attend the practices.
